  • You have 30 calendar days from when your order is shipped to request an exchange and 15 days to request a return.
  • The cost of the first exchange is €3.75 for delivery to the office and €5.75 for home collection. The second exchange is €7.95 for the same order. *For Ceuta and Melilla, returns are only accepted with shipping at the customer's expense.
  • The cost of the return is €3.75 for delivery to the office or €4.75 for collection at home.
  • Returns or exchanges at home will be managed through CORREOS EXPRESS in Spain and Portugal.

You can exchange or return your order at our physical store in Barcelona at C/Amigó 46 or process it online here.

For online exchanges, the same shipment will be processed, meaning the delivery person who will deliver the new items will be the one who will collect the ones you are returning.

  • To process a return or exchange, items must retain all original tags and/or packaging, be in perfect condition and not have been used.
  • Gift cards and hair accessories cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Instant refunds will be immediately available in the account you provide during the exchange or return request.
  • If the selected refund method is not instant, the refund will be made using the same payment method used to process the order and will be effective within a maximum of 14 days.
